KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Julian Rodriguez, 18th Communications Squadron cyber maintenance technician, works on a computer at Kadena Air Base, Japan, Nov. 14, 2024. As a part of a no-notice communications outage exercise, the 18th Wing maintained mission readiness, utilizing multiple methods that enabled members to continue operations and generate sorties.
