The rainy season is coming, so don’t forget your umbrella! “Kasa wo wasurenaide!” is a useful phrase to remind you to bring an umbrella.

“Kasa wo wasurenaide,” means “Don’t forget your umbrella.”

“Kasa wo wasurenaide” = Don’t forget your umbrella (“Kasa” – umbrella, “Wasurenaide” – Don’t forget) Repeat after me: Kasa wo wasurenaide

You can also add the phrase “kudasai” at the end to make it polite. “Kasa wo wasurenaide kudasai” – Don’t forget your umbrella, please!

OK, keep up the good work and don’t forget your umbrella. See you in the next episode of Speakin’ Japanese!
